• assembly of the substructure on the tank shell by mounting the spacers and rings to the brackets previously welded to the tank shell
• installation of insulation and TRP cladding on the tank shell
• assembly of L-profiles from galvanised sheet metal to steel angles previously welded by the customer on the tank roof
• assembly of insulation and PVC ‘Protan’ 1.2 mm membrane on the tank roof
• assembly and flashing on the roof, including: 1 pc roof hatch, 1 pc DN80 roof pipe, 2 pcs of DN150 roof pipe
• assembly and flashing on the tank shell, including: 1 pc water trap, 1 pc DN800 manhole
• assembly of insulation and cladding on the pipes adjacent to the tank: installation of insulation (2 layers) on DN200 pipes: heat line approx. 30 m with fittings, cold line approx. 6 m with fittings
• installation of insulation on DN50 pipes – suction and steam lines approx. 2 × 12 m with fittings
• cut-outs for the railing approx. 30 pcs + cut-outs for the spiral staircase 12 pcs
• installation of insulation and cladding on the service building
• work was carried out from scaffolding
