  • assembly of the substructure on the tank shell by mounting the spacers and rings to the brackets previously welded to the shell
  • installation of insulation and TRP cladding on the tank shell
  • assembly of L-profiles from galvanised sheet metal to steel angles previously welded by the customer on the tank roof
  • assembly of insulation and PVC ‘Protan’ 1,2 mm membrane on the tank roof
  • prefabrication and installation of a rainwater collector with connection to vertical downpipes previously installed by the customer
  • assembly and flashing on the roof, including: 1 Roof Pressure Tap, 1 Roof Bollard, 1 Safety Valve
  • assembly and flashing on the mantle, including: 1 Manhole, 2 Heat Storage
  • assembly of insulation and cladding on the pipes adjacent to the tank: Hot Pipe DN300 approx. 70 lm and 3 bands, Cold Pipe DN300 approx. 20 lm and 3 bends
  • cut-outs fort the railing approx. 57 pcs
  • installation of insulation and sheet metal on the service building, including DN30–80 pipes – 30 meters in accordance with the received technical documentation
  • work was carried out from a hanging platform
